Description
Key Accounts: · Maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers; · Responsible for project P&L and strategic account growth. · Represents the entire range of company products and services to fulfilment channels, · Leads the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. · Manages and motivates a team of field resources. · Key Performance Indicators · Sales volume by SKU per month · Profitability by profit center (retail shop) · End-user experience and satisfaction · Staff optimization and retention · Adoption of strategic delivery methodologies as inspired by management · Growth/ footprint across designated landscape · Achievement of mutually agreed social, commercial and strategic objectives with counter-parties Key Accounts Sales Manager reports to Managing Director and enlists sales, technical and logistical support and management resources as needed.
