SUMMARY: Our client is one of the pioneers of the soft drinks industry in Kenya. A reputation of high quality soft drinks spanning over half a century, they offer drinks in line with current trends and updated in keeping with the spirit of times.They operate through Distributors in Kenya and East African region and expand their market share continuously with commitment to quality and the infinite loyalty of their customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES and Skills: • Timely processing of sales orders, accurate invoicing and delivery coordination. • Liaising with fleet, satellite warehouses, production department and sales managers. • Excellent customer service • Maintain contact with all clients as well as outside vendors inclusive of issue resolution. • Conduct project management and coordinate duties as required. EXPERIENCE: • 2-3 years SKILLS AND CERTIFICATION: The ideal candidate should have: • Financial/Administration education background with at least a bachelor’s degree. • Professional certification in
supply chain management/related field is a distinct advantage • Highly developed organisation and multitasking skills • SAP ERP experience in dispatch/invoicing • Prior supervisory experience • Results oriented with strong business acumen and demonstrates a high degree of articulation • Good inter-personnel skills • Ability to act rapidly and logically under pressure, and make effective use of others in resolving problems. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
