Description
Duties and responsibilities: • Processing all new policies, renewals, endorsements and enquiries within set company standards and turnaround time • Issuance of motor certificates and cover notes • Risk assessment and appraisal • Assist Branch Manager in recruitment and coordination of intermediaries. • Assist Branch Manager in continuously developing and expanding network of direct clients, Agents and Brokers • Credit control • Preparation and issuing of quotations in liaison with the branch manager • Monitoring and follow-up of renewals • Claims handling and follow-up • Ensuring that weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business acquisition targets are met through application of appropriate performance measures. • Preparation of periodic performance reports as may be required from time to time • Assist in preparing loss ratios and risk reviews • Handling and responding to general correspondence within the set turnaround time.
