_ICT Manager at AIC Kijabe Hospital in Kijabe - Kenya Jobs, Careers and Vacancies_ AIC Kijabe Hospital is a church based hospital established in 1915. Having a bed capacity of 280 beds and a robust outpatient, the hospital serves approximately 120,000 in-patients 10,000 outpatients annually. We seek to provide unequalled compassionate health care, education and spiritual ministry in the name of Jesus Christ summed up in our motto “Health Care to God’s glory!”. Located 65 km from Nairobi, we serve a varied range of clientele from all over Kenya and neighboring countries setting ourselves as a regional beacon of hope. Due to the growth and expansion, AIC Kijabe Hospital is inviting applications from competent and qualified Christians who wish to serve/train in the following positions: *ICT MANAGER* Reporting to the Finance Division Director, the successful candidate will provide overall leadership of the ICT department in the design, development and maintenance of information and communication systems so as to ensure that CT drives the business. *Main Duties and Responsibilities:* * Maximizing service delivery and fully exploiting technological and business process innovations; * Formulating and maintaining ICT standards, policies and procedures that match best practice in the industry and comply with all regulations and licensing requirements; * Developing ICT budgets and managing all ICT operational and capital expenditures; * Providing effective leadership and management of ICT staff to build a highly motivated and performing team *Qualifications and experience:* * Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline * Have at least 5 years of progressive experience in ICT, of which at least 2 years should be in team leadership of a high performing ICT team * Have in-depth knowledge of windows and Linux systems administration, project management, website administration, business continuity planning and strategic management; * Have in-depth knowledge of business system analysis, project management, business continuity planning and strategic management; * Knowledge in Java and Postgres SQL programming will be an added advantage NB: All Applicants must have a testimony of Christian faith To apply or view detailed positions descriptions, please visit www.kijabehospital.or.ke careers page and/or send your CV to recruit.kh@kijabe.net
