_Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Lead at Kenya Episcopal Conference - Catholic Secretariat in Kisumu - Kenya Jobs, Careers and Vacancies_ *PROJECT OFFICER - HEALTH SYSTEMS STRENGTHENING* _Kenya Aids Response Programme (KARP)_ _Based in Kisumu_ *Key activities and responsibilities:* * Develops and implements systems and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of performance measurement data. * Analyzes, updates, and modifies standard operating procedures and processes to continually improve QI services/operations. * Assists in strategizing and facilitating various committee structures and functions to best address the QI process and oversees Quality Committees. * Supervises individual site CQI teams with overall responsibility for providing support for clinical quality initiatives. * Collects and summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities for improvement, and presents findings quarterly to the organization * Facilitates strategic and tactical planning for the quality improvement program, including needs assessments, evaluations, root cause analysis and interventions. * Leads, facilitates, and advises training site quality improvement teams * Prepare regular activity reports for the TA team lead as well as Director Clinical Services *Qualifications:* * Basic medical degree (MB ChB/MD) * Registered with Kenya Medical and Practitioners Board * At least 3 years of clinical hands on experience of providing integrated HIV/AIDS services to diverse patients in a large program-linked facility orbusy clinical practice * Training in quality improvement models and experience in quality improvement projects for clinical intervention. *How to apply* Apply to the Secretary General, Kenya Episcopal Conference through email, attaching your application letter and detailed CV only to hr@catholicchurch.or.ke Deadline: Friday, 8th February 2013 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
