Based in Naivasha, we are seeking to recruit a professional of unquestionable integrity to join our team and share our progressive approach to business *INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER* *Purpose of Position* The key purpose of this position is to help Oserian accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the company’s risk management, control, and governance processes *The responsibilities for this position will be:* Reporting to the Head of Finance department, the key responsibilities * Reviewing the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information and the means used to identify, measure, classify, and report such information. * Reviewing the systems established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations and reports and whether the organization is in compliance. * Reviewing the means of safeguarding assets and, as appropriate, verifying the existence of such assets. * Reviewing operations or programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and whether the operations or programs are being carried out as planned. * As part of the Policy and Procedure team, develop robust and implementable Policies & Procedures for approval by the board and assist in training and implementation of approved Policies & Procedures. Thereafter to continuously review the policies and procedures identifying areas of improvement or revision due to changing circumstances. * Reviewing specific operations at the request of the management. *Qualifications* * Degree in Business Management * Fully qualified ACCA or CPA * At least 5 years post qualification experience in audit or commercial environment. * Excellent communication skills both oral and written * Leadership and people management skills * Be of a strong personality with a drive to achieve results with minimum supervision.
