*EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT*

Reporting to THE MANAGING DIRECTOR the successful candidate will be engaged in handling a wide range of administrative executive support related tasks

*The job:*
Principle accountabilities include
• Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
• Respond to all unified communication messages promptly and appropriately
• Assist Executive Management with preparation of presentation materials
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
• Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
• Remain aware and update Managers schedules.
• Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
• Special organizational and research projects as directed.
• Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
• Perform addition functions as directed or assumed on personal initiative.

*Qualifications:*
Candidate should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree
• An MBA Business Studies or Strategic Management will be an added advantage.
• Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
• Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
• 3+ years’ experience supporting at the executive level
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills

*Requirements:*
Evidence of
• Strong knowledge of and use of collaboration and messaging applications such as MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
• Candidate must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers and the general public.
• Strong decision making ability and attention to detail

Ability to
• Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks
• Work independently with little or no supervision.
• Exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information a must.
• Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure,
• Well organized and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
