SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Requirements for Sales Support Executive, Nairobi

  • At least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Clearing and Forwarding from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years serving in the capacity of Customer Service or Front Office
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Analytical skills with ability to pay attention to detail
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare periodic reports and submitting the same to the Head of Sales.
  • Taking minutes in all departmental meetings and filing of the same
  • Maintain relevant records and statistics on turnover, trading and non-trading clients etc.
  • Produce clearing and forwarding instructions with
  • Produce Air and Sea Instructions
  • Prepare rate proposals as per product with the Sales Executive
  • Prepare proposals for new clients
  • Assisting Cutomer Service staff in preparing freight estimates.
  • Co-ordinating departmental events as and when required in conjunction with Head of Sales.
  • Carrying out any other departmental administrative duties as agreed with Head of Sales.
