Board of Directors for Mathira Water and Sanitation Company are seeking to recruit suitably qualified Kenya Citizens to fill the following vacant Posts. Mathira Water and Sanitation Company is a Water Service Provider contracted by Tana Water Services Board to provide water and sanitation services under its licence in Mathira East and Mathira West Districts under the Water Act 2002. To strengthen our team of staff and leadership, we urgently invite applications from highly competent, proactive and self driven individuals to fill the following position within the company.
COMMERCIAL MANAGER (1 POST)
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director
- To ensure prudent management of financial resources and continuous improvement of Administration and accounting systems in the company
- Planning, coordinating, implementing and controlling financial resources and accounting procedures
- Attending to queries raised in the audit reports
- Preparing timely and accurate reports and distributing to appropriate users
- Managing all the affairs relating to the company’s human resources including recruitment, training and development
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting) and CPA (K) and at least 3 years relevant experience
- The candidate should be people oriented and have a demonstrated leadership qualities with high need for achievement.
