Distribution Officer at Parapet Cleaning Services in Nairobi – Kenya Jobs, Careers and Vacancies

DISTRIBUTION OFFICER
Reports to the Assistant Head of Procurement

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for distribution to stations according to the workings and/or requisitions
  • Track the deliveries to ensure that it arrives at its destination.
  • Maintain accurate records, hard copy and electronic documents, complete order forms and special requests.
  • Occasionally, collect goods from the supplier and deliver to the store or client premises.
  • Advise in-house clients regarding the status of inventory items, availability, amount and condition.

Minimum requirements

  • Diploma in purchasing and logistics from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a busy procurement environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High integrity
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field is an added advantage
