MARKET INSIGHTS AND COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE MANAGER
Responsibilities
Reporting to Market and Channel Activation Manager, the successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be;
- To Develop and Manage marketing information systems.
- Analyze brand health research & report consumer insights/opportunities against brand pack mix monthly.
- Conduct research to understand consumer preference (As required) and opposition marketing activities as required
- Track brand/pack performance against set hurdle rates and advise actions to be taken to ensure
alignment (Monthly) - Analyze revenue performance
- Manage new brand pack viability studies
- Review DME budget against hurdle rates and market situation and reapportion DME allocation as necessary
- Monitor forecasting trends on a monthly and a six-monthly cycle
Selection Criteria
We are interested in candidates with following qualifications;
- Degree in Business Related field with experience or bias in Market research.
- At least four years experience preferably in FMCG environment.
- Professional courses in marketing – CIM and MBA will be an added advantage
- Very good in presentation, PowerPoint and excel
- Good Commercial and Business acumen
- Team Player, Leadership skills and a good communicator
- Good Knowledge and Market Insights.
