MSH would like to invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join its team based in Nairobi, Kenya in the following positions.

PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT – CDC LAB PROJECT

Under the guidance and supervision of the Procurement specialist, the Procurement Assistant will provide procurement services to MSH in Kenya Country office in compliance with MSH procurement policies and procedures. S/he will among other duties support the procurement processes, sourcing, asset and stock management and support knowledge building and knowledge sharing. The Procurement Assistant is cognizant of, and adheres to, MSH’s Code of Business Ethics and Procurement Integrity Standards.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a professional Degree in procurement with at least 3 years relevant experience in procurement preferably in an International NGO Set up. Candidates will demonstrate knowledge of USAID procurement rules and regulations will have a distinct advantage. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a culturally diverse staff, clients and consultants.
