ASSISTANT MANAGER
We seek to fill the position of Assistant Manager at Ikweta Country Inn, Maua.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in all aspects of hotel management and supervision of front desk, guest rooms, bar, kitchen, restaurant, purchases and sales, inventory and record keeping.
  • Excellent sales and marketing, communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in teams.
  • Calm temperament and pleasant personality.
  • Good character references (verifiable).
  • Valid Health Certificate issued by competent Kenya Government authority.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct issued by Kenya Police.
  • Computer literate with basic accounting knowledge, including working knowledge of QuickBooks and hotel management software.
  • Package: up to 20K per month (negotiable).
