Ecolab, is a subsidiary of a multinational corporation and a global leader in water, hygiene, energy technologies and services. In an effort to grow operations in East Africa, the company is seeking to recruit flexible, dynamic and result oriented managers to fill the following positions:-
WAREHOUSE MANAGER – KENYA
This is a middle management position reporting to Head of Supply Chain. The position holder will be responsible for
controlling and directing receipt and distribution of product and equipment to agreed company standards;
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate distribution of all products as required in line with agreed inventory levels.
- Represent the company in all internal and external inspections (Nema, Safety and Health) e.t.c
- Implement and control all relevant budgets in the area of responsibility.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Degree in procurement and supplies. Diploma Holders in Supply Management and with exceptional experience in planning and logistics will also be considered;
- At least 5 years working experience from a manufacturing industry and experience in planning and procurement.
- Proven organizational, leadership, analytical, negotiating and communications skills
- Knowledge and skills on data management and reporting. Experience in Syspro will be an added advantage.
- Have understanding of the Health and Safety and the Procurement and Disposal Acts
