VOLUNTEER PARTNERSHIP OFFICER

Zinduka Afrika an NGO is looking for a Volunteer Partnership Officer

Reporting to: Administration Assistant
Reporting time: Immediately

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting ZAF in various partnership initiatives and with a primary focus on resource mobilization.
  • Assist management in identifying, developing and managing contacts with local and international partners, and donor agencies.
  • Identify prospective and relevant partners for ZAF, both multilateral and bilateral.
  • Develop a data base for the partners.
  • Assist the organization to communicate to the partners and update them at least once per month.
  • Plan and coordinate partners events aimed at mobilizing resources.
  • Coordinate the development of ZAF IEC materials and contribute to ZAF public relations efforts.
  • Share with the partners, ZAF’s progress by disseminating the news letter annually.
  • Update ZAF website
  • Develop and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on partnership.
  • Implement ZAF’s partnership policy.
  • Participate in resource mobilization.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma holder in Communication, Public Relations and other related Social Sciences.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Computer Literate(Able use data base packages, Publisher, internet etc).
  • At least One year experience in a similar position

Note: This opportunity is for six months.
