MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST
Abt Associates, a major American business and government research, technical assistance, and consulting company, seeks a qualified candidates for a USAID-funded project, National Training Mechanism (NTM). NTM is 5 year project designed to improve access to and the quality of trainings for the health workforce in Kenya. The project is currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist who will design, implement and manage the project’s M&E efforts. He/she will work to define indicators and data sources for the project; develop research instruments/protocols to analyze results; and lead the development of written reports related to the project’s achievements.
Qualification Requirements:
Master’s Degree in relevant field; 7-10 years of professional experience with M&E activities; familiarity with health services data and measures, including: service provider activities and performance, the use and outcomes of health services for clients, and cost-related information associated with health expenditures.
