Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementing Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating recruitment, appointment ,disciplining health and safety.
  • Proper management of staff records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource management from a recognized institution.
  • Three years experience in food industry.
  • Good interpersonal communication and self management skills
  • Mature, honest, self supervisory, responsible and a team leader
